The major players in the formulation of policies depends on the problem at hand the specific needs of the community. For Technical education Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training sector in particular, the energy, mining, hospitality, agricultural, manufacturing etc are involved
All in all, policy are set actions that addresses identified social issues
