Degrees are conferred by the respective OERu partner institution.
The OERu is not a degree granting institution. It is a consortium of accredited institutions comprising universities, community colleges and polytechnics from around the world.
Credentials (certificates, diplomas and degrees) will be conferred by partner institutions to students who have passed all necessary assessments developed and administered by said partner institution, to validate that the learning outcomes associated with the credential have been met.
