MY JOB AS A TEACHER:
As a teacher, it is duty to build realationships with my learners to promote a positive and conducive learning environment, and in the process assist them raise their overall achievement. By, knowing my students by name; listening and responding well to them as individuals.
I endeavor to create a diverse learning network to enable my learners work cooperatively.
I also reflect, critically think about, evaluate and improve in my pedagogical practices through continuous learning.
ACTIVE LEARNING TECHNIQUES
I would use peer assessment templates on writing activity using rubrics or exemplars.
I would increase student interaction by Think-pair-share.
By using a reading jigsaw activity as pair or group work.
This strategies can be carried out synchronously or asynchronously.
